The Space

This is an impressive home with wood floors and 8-ft. ceilings. The open floor plan and large rooms make it a very inviting and relaxing home away from home. The two full size bedrooms feature queen beds, large closets and period bureaus to store your clothing. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The intermittent trains are part of the neighborhood history, momentarily noisy and no regular schedule. The Bungalow is superbly located, very comfortable and with very little street traffic. For work, play, or a little of both, this is an excellent home base to enjoy Tucson!

Kitchen/ Living Room

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, small dishwasher and spacious refrigerator. Dinner is served in the dining room that seats six. The extra roomy retro bathroom features a large tiled shower. Relax in the large living room with the recliner couch and 39 inch Smart TV.

Yard

There are porches front and back and an additional sitting area in front with afternoon shade. The private backyard is desert landscaped with path lighting and gas bbq.

Laundry and Parking

The laundry room with full size washer and dryer is for your use only. You may request linens to be pure cotton or to be washed in eco non allergenic soaps. The large driveway is your off street parking spot. The lighted pathway along the driveway is the entrance for the separate casita and is also available for rent if you need extra room.

“We loved being half a mile from downtown. So many great restaurants, Turquoise Trail, and also close to U of A.
The train runs closely to the bungalow, but we got use to it as part of urban living!
Would definitely come back!
