A light and bright private studio style casita with a comfortable trundle bed for one or two. A kitchen with all the necessities of stovetop burners, ample refrigerator, coffee maker and french press, cooking utensils and prepping needs. The bathroom is roomy and sparkling fresh.
Yard
Enjoy a lovely private yard with cactus and desert plantings and a patio with an outdoor bistro set. There is also an outdoor BBQ grill.
Parking and Laundry
Free street parking is avaliable on 5th street on both sides of the street. There are plenty of parking spots avalibale and room to park a trailer/ camper. The driveway is reserved for the main house. There is a full size washer and dryer in laundry area outside.
