This home is extremely family friendly and welcoming for children of all ages. This artistically designed home is designed as a welcome summer retreat for all ages, from the fully stocked kitchen and dedicated workspaces with two desks and computer monitors, to the kid friendly room with crib and toys and outdoor play structures.

The Space
The property has two bedrooms with King and Queen size beds and a kids room with a crib and kids bed. The space is designed to be comfortable and relaxing for adults and also engaging for young kids. The kids room has toy for all ages including a drum set, kids books, play mat and many other items to keep the kiddos entertained.
The house is kept cool with AC and also shared patios around the house. The front courtyard is fully enclosed with a wrap around porch and multiple seating areas. The back patio features a large outdoor dining area and grill for summer family evenings.
There is plenty of fun for the kids outdoors as well! We offer a playhouse, mini trampoline, toddler size and full size basketball hoops and a swing set and climbing structure.
You won’t find a more kid friendly retreat this summer!

Guests have full access to the entire house and outdoor areas. One of the garages is off limits while the two car garage on the right is open for guests use.
