This home is located in Historic Barrio Hollywood, one of tucson's oldest neighborhoods. 5 minutes from Downtown Tucson, 7 minutes from the university, within easy walking distance of the River "Loop" bike path and right off I-10 for easy travel.
This minimalistic Casita is ideal for the smart traveler. Equipped with a laundry center, induction cooktop/ kitchenette, dedicated workspace and an expansive backyard; this space provides every necessity for a comfortable stay in our charming city.

The Space
This is a quaint and comfortable 350 Sqft studio well-suited for couples, friends, and solo-travelers that are in town for any occasion. This Casita maintains a clean and cozy aesthic to make every guest feel welcome.
Guest access
You will not need keys to enter the property and may instead do so via the smart-lock integrated app or keypad entry code. Guests will have the entire studio accessible for their private enjoyment and may use the middle shared-patio at their leisure. An expansive private backyard is available for guest use and is equipped with patio seating and shade from the Arizona heat!
Other things to note
There are two side-by-side properties located on this lot. The guest's unit is on the left hand side when facing the property and is numbered clearly. There is a two-car driveway available for guest parking in front of the Casita.
Both Casita's may be available to rent at the same time to accomodate more guests!
